These Support Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "STC") govern the terms under which technical support and assistance are provided to users of the YouInv platform (hereinafter "the Platform").
By submitting a support request via ticket, email or phone, you expressly and unconditionally accept these STC in their entirety.

Each support request generates a unique ticket number to track your request. This number is sent to you by email immediately after the ticket is created.
Response times vary according to subscription level and request priority:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription over the past 12 months. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of business.
We reserve the right to amend these Support Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page.
In the event of a material change, we will notify you by email. Continued use of support after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These STC are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or performance of these terms, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
